This section includes all the investigation reports approved by the ANSV. Each safety investigation shall be concluded with a report in a form appropriate to the type and seriousness of the accident or serious incident. The report shall ensure the anonymity of all those involved in the accident or serious incident. The report shall contain, when appropriate, safety recommendations (art. 16 regulation EU No 996/2010).
