An accident or a serious incident must be reported to the ANSV within 60 minutes of becoming aware of the event.
Prompt reporting is important to enable the ANSV to take swift action.

To ensure the report is processed correctly, please provide at least the following information:
- time and location of the event;
- type of aircraft and registration;
- whether there are any fatalities and/or injuries.
