L’Agenzia nazionale per la sicurezza del volo (ANSV), in coordinamento con l’ECAC (European Civil Aviation Conference)* e con Leonardo, attraverso la sua divisione Elicotteri, ha ospitato il 45° meeting del Gruppo di esperti dell’ECAC sulle investigazioni degli incidenti e degli inconvenienti aeronautici.
L’evento si è tenuto nei giorni 9 e 10 novembre presso la sala conferenze della sede di Vergiate della Divisione elicotteri di Leonardo Finmeccanica. Il 45° meeting, infatti, era incentrato sulla sicurezza del volo nel campo elicotteristico ed ha approfondito sia aspetti tecnico-operativi, sia aspetti correlati alle inchieste di sicurezza.
Al meeting hanno partecipato circa 50 persone, in rappresentanza delle autorità investigative per la sicurezza dell’aviazione civile, delle istituzioni aeronautiche, nonché dell’industria aeronautica.
L’ANSV, in particolare, ha tenuto una relazione sull’attività svolta nell’ambito del readout del registratore di volo Multi-Purpose Flight Recorder (MPFR), di nuova concezione tecnologica.
I partecipanti, a conclusione dei lavori, hanno potuto visitare alcuni stabilimenti di Leonardo divisione elicotteri.

Held in Italy the 45th ECAC meeting of the Group of Experts on Investigations of Aircraft Accidents and Incidents
The Italian Safety Investigation Authority (ANSV), in cooperation with the ECAC (European Civil Aviation Conference)* and with the Leonardo Helicopter Division, hosted the 45th Meeting of the Group of Experts on Air Accident and Incident Investigation.
The meeting was held on November the 9th and 10th in the Leonardo Finmeccanica Helicopter Division conference room of Vergiate. The focus of the 45th meeting indeed was on the safety of flight in the helicopter air operations. The main topics were related to technical-operative aspects and to safety investigations.
50 representatives from the Safety Investigation Authorities, Civil Aviation Institutions and Industries attended the meeting.
In detail, the ANSV delivered a presentation regarding the readout activity on the latest technology Multipurpose Flight Data Recorder (MPFR).
At the end of the meeting it was arranged a tour of the Leonardo Helicopter Division facilities.
